In over 40 years as a business, financial and tax advisor, Alan has developed substantial expertise in almost every aspect of what it takes to make a business run - and what it takes to put personal finances on a secure footing. He routinely helps clients complete acquisitions, obtain financing, and structure deals to maximize value and reduce liabilities. He takes a keen interest in his clients' financial well-being and is frequently asked to help resolve disputes between business partners. Alan's client roster is varied and includes individuals as well as closely-held companies in the textile, apparel, computer consulting, printing and graphics industries. Alan serves on the Board of Directors of Reality House, a Harlem-based center which helps addicted and abused individuals rebuild their lives. Alan lives in Montville, New Jersey, with his wife, Leslie. They have two children, Jocelyn and Jeremy.
